    My internet blipped as I was buying IVs and the page refreshed. I ended up buying double. Is there a way I could get the second IV spend back into horsebucks?

    I understand the soonest this could happen is the 16th and it may be longer. I also understand the answer could be no. Thank you. (And I hope Ammnit has a lovely vacation.)
