Account not available in the Merge Accounts Dropdown

Both my accounts are over 3 months old (by a few days) & both are Premium. I still don't have accounts available in the dropdown to merge them. Am I doing something wrong?Building a stable without grey and with limited redbay. Focus on champagne, dun, sabino, splash, rabicano & liver.

Hmm. I haven't merged accounts in a long time so I don't recall the exact process. Did you use the same email address to sign up for both?

You can't merge a premium account. Causes all kinds of issues with the subscriptions.

I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
