I’ve decided what I want to breed on this server!
-
I won’t be doing any breeding until I can get a basic upgrade (otherwise I’ll go completely crazy with genetics before I have the resources), but I have my plan!
I’m going to do a mesa theme! My base will be appaloosas (because I absolutely love them) and then I plan to add traits like:
*any and all versions of dun (to match the colors of the landscape)
*champagne, cream, and bay (for the coloration)
*sabino (it goes well with appaloosa and can look like sand has been blown across the horse)
*DP (for the intense pigmentation of the clay)
*light and medium ponies (horses would have to be small and tough to thrive with the lack of vegetation in the mesa)
What do you guys think?Thanked by 1Dinascar2 -
That sounds great! :D Are you going to use ExPros or regular foundations? Today there are a LOT of ExPro Dun Splash HHs in the forum so it might be good to start with those. I really like the thought you've put into this.~*RoseFlute on HJ2*~#153#

I love it! Even if you aren't going for snowflake, you can also use the RGS right now to check if your appys have varnish or if they will "withstand the Mesa desert" and keep their color! I think it would be super cool to build a whole herd of non varnishing appys!Thanked by 1Nightphoenix

I’ll start with ExPro and add in some others. Thank you!

That’s awesome, thanks! I’m doing something similar on forest (forest themed of course!)
