Rank 1: Homozygous Bay

All horses will homozygous (AA) for the bay gene. They may have red or black base colors, but all black base color horses will show the bay gene. Possible colors include bay, chestnut, red dun, bay dun, buckskin, palomino etc. Horses might be patterned or solid.

Rank 3: Silver Buckskin

All horses will be Silver Buckskin. They may also have the dun gene or additional rare genes, and may be solid or patterned.

Rank 5: Exceptionally Perfect Dark Chestnut

All horses will be exceptionally perfect and be homozygous for red and sooty genes.

Rank 3: Black Tobiano

All horses will be at least heterozygous(Kit^toKit) for the tobiano gene, but might also be homozygous (Kit^toKit^to). Horses may have a black or blue roan base color. Horses might also have other patterns.
