Are consistent horses more likely to breed consistent foals than inconsistent horses?

Um, probably? Since we know that inconsistent horses can be more likely to breed inconsistent foals, one would think it would be the same for consistent. But I'm going to be only Ammit knows for sure! I ONLY breed consistent horses and still get inconsistent foals.....for what it's worth!
