Hi! I see the News & Alerts feature about the newsletter but I don't have anything in my inbox. I was hoping it was user error on my part but have tried a variety of ways to find it.

The newsletter goes to the email address you signed up with when you joined the game, not to your forum inbox.
If you haven't signed up yet, all you have to do is go to Member Home, Account and Stable Management, Manage Email Settings
