    Is there a chance difference on the different servers for the creation lottery? I notice I get it fairly often on Bluegrass, usually the 10,000 one. However I rarely get it on Mesa even though I make far more horses here and it has less users. I'm honestly not sure if I've ever gotten it on Forest, but that is the one I am least active on. Is my Bluegrass account just lucky? Thanks!
