Are we allowed to do a giveaway that involves a gift of real monetary value? I was just wanting to do a giveaway with a bootstrap stallion with watercolor but thought the new players would not have the gene. Well here it is haha!

You can't not give an unaltered horse with a licensed gene to a player that does not have the license.
However - watercolor is on sale right now so I **believe** you could run a giveaway where the reward is to purchase the watercolor gene for one of their horses. You can then also giveaway your bootstrap stud that that player who you gifted the license to.
99% sure that is all allowed in the rules... I know you can't have a content that requires players to pay to play but I don't see why you cant offer to buy a gene for them! It is an extremely generous offer! :) -
That's what I was thinking but I didn't want to offer it then find out a giveaway isn't permitted in a case like that!
