Bug? Foal not born in pasture found there.
-
I decided to breed my pasture yesterday. The email said that the pasture had produced 10 healthy foals.
When I looked at the foals in the pasture, I noticed something strange - one of the foals in the pasture was a foal that I had hand-bred back on 4/3. That foal's parents are not in the pasture.
Also, when I looked at the sire in the pasture, he only has 9 foals listed. He does carry frame, but he produced a healthy foal with the only frame-carrying mare that is in the pasture. And since the email said there were 10 healthy foals I'm pretty confused. I did just realize that one of the mares in the pasture is one that I purchased from the auction and I don't remember if she has been bred already this month or not. She does not have a foal listed in her "family".

And the mare in question

You must have moved the foal into the pasture on accident.
Mare looks like she was bred before you purchased her.
Stallion has only bred 9 times this year. The extra foal is what is counting as the 10th. It did not result from your breeding the pasture.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

Ok- I didn't know foals could get moved into the pasture. Hasn't happened to me before. Glad to know it was a simple mistake!
