Not letting me use HH free re-rolls

Yesterday and today, I am getting an error message that I need 1000 hb to reroll my HH, but it is also telling me that I have four free re-rolls left. It either wasn't doing this prior to yesterday, or I was blowing through hb doing re-rolls and not noticing it because I hadn't spent everything yet. Looking at my transaction records, it doesn't appear to have been taking money out for HH rerolls that I can see.

At least for me, it wasn’t actually rerolling even though I clicked the button..
