Didn't get auction money
  • Morning guys! I put several horses up for auction yesterday, and they were taken out of my account, but the money for them was never deposited. Any idea what happened?
  • What makes you think it was never added? I am not seeing any issues with auction payouts. Did you check your transaction log?

    ETA: I just checked your log and you were paid for 5 horses.

  • It does show I was paid for the five horses, but the money never showed up in my account. I had to sell a couple horses today just to create. I wish I had taken screenshots, and I'm sorry I didn't. If you look at the transactions after it "paid out", and my current balance of 1043, it doesn't equate properly.
  • It all looks correct to me. The log shows that it was added to your account correctly. We have many times had people get confused about balances which is why we added in the log. You created 5 horses right after the auction ran.

  • I'm sorry, I don't see it on my log since the the last transaction for 4/7 was the auction payout on my end, and I honestly don't remember creating five afterwards. Thank you for looking into it though.
